COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pro Face GP77-LG41-24V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quadrant parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Quartech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the AGP3300HS1D24RED spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C2250SR4 manufactured by Quadrant and we are pleased to be able to service most Quadrant systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9800ACAB30 by Manufacturer Quartech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Procon-Engineering Brand 96204004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rae-Guard such as FGM1000 equipment made by Rae-Guard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rae-Guard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rae-Guard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 308002110 made by Pro-face as well as the popular LT3300S1D24K original spares produced by Pro-face Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA151833 by Progressive-Automations and FGM1000 spares by Rae-Guard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A7645 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pyramid. |
